Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing digital downloads or photo products from YSIPIX Photography (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Digital Product Sales
All digital download sales are final. Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds or exchanges are not provided once the download is delivered.

2. License for Personal Use
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image(s) for personal purposes only. This includes printing, sharing with family and friends, and personal archiving.
Commercial use, resale, or distribution to third parties (including vendors, publications, or businesses) is strictly prohibited unless a separate written licensing agreement is obtained.

3. Copyright Ownership
All photographs remain the intellectual property of YSIPIX Photography. Copyright is not transferred with the purchase of digital files.

4. Download Access & Expiration
Buyers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their digital files. Galleries may expire after the published timeframe, and YSIPIX Photography is not obligated to maintain or reissue expired downloads.

5. Image Quality
Digital files are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. Final appearance may vary depending on screen calibration, device settings, or third-party printing labs. YSIPIX Photography is not responsible for printing variations.

6. Prohibited Use
You may not alter images in a way that misrepresents the work, remove copyright notices, sell or gift images to third-party entities, or use images for commercial gain without proper licensing.
